One of our loyal readers, rightly outraged by this morning's article, Gov Christie Ally & New RNC Member Palatucci's Company Accused of Manslaughter, kindly forwarded us a list of Federal Court Cases naming Community Education Centers as a party to civil action. This monstrous list contains everything from employee discrimination cases to prisoner suits and names CEC as a defendent at least 30 times. Plus this table doesn't even mention the various affiliates of CEC, such as Alternative Youth Adventures, the company responsible for Caleb's death. ...

If you remember, a few weeks ago THE STATE of NJ posted an article entitled Do as I Say Not as I Do Alive and Well in the Christie Administration. That article detailed how Governor Chris Christie's budget gave a $3.1 million funding increase Community Education Centers Inc while everyone else saw their budgets slashed. Christie ally William Palatucci is vice president of the juvenile delinquent rehabilitation and half-way house company. Recently THE STATE was informed by an observant reader that Palatucci was just elected to the Republican National Committee. ...

Chris Christie complained when his brother was brought into his campaign relative to being accused of trading violations by the SEC and named in complaints by the US Attorney in New York. While offering no explanation and seeming to scold anyone who would dare question what had occurred, he insisted in no uncertain terms that it was unfortunate when a candidate’s family members were brought into a campaign and dragged through the mud. He got petulant and angry and simply said “leave my brother out of it.”...
